After many failed dieting attempts and countless hours of cardio, I was convinced that my body would never change. As a last resort, I decided to not only sign up for a gym membership but a year’s worth of personal training.
As I swiped my card, I was immediately hit with that, “what the heck did I just do” feeling. I had no way of knowing that making that investment in myself would completly change the trajectory of my life. But one thing’s for sure, I was going ALL IN.
Over the course of our time together, I learned so much about food and my body. I discovered that there was a better way to reach my goals that didn’t involve restrictive dieting. In fact, I was able to eat all of my favourite foods while building a body that allowed me to run my first half-marathon, deadlift 2.5 times my bodyweight, and feel the most confident that I ever have in my own skin.
Once I finished school and graduated with my Honours Bachelor in Health Sciences, I decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer. A few months later, I launched my online coaching business and I’ve never looked back!
Working as a Body Confidence Coach, I have the priviledge of empowering women with the tools they need to build a body they feel confident in while eating what they want. I get to be a part of their journey as they figure out what it means for them to be healthy and provide them with the guidance, support, and accountability that they need along the way.
My job as a coach isn’t just to get my clients results, but to teach them how to maintain those results once we’re no longer working together. It’s about creating sustainable lifestyle changes that allow them to live their best life!
