I’m a Taurus so some say I’m stubborn but I like to say I’m resilient.
I ran a half marathon once...and I don’t plan on doing that again.
I sing and play piano, though I haven’t performed on stage in a while.

Growing up, I had always dreamed of becoming a doctor. So, when it was time for me to head to university, the choice to study Health Sciences was a no brainer. Or so I thought…
Halfway through my degree, I realized that despite my love for Grey’s Anatomy, medicine wasn’t the path for me. And with no idea what I was going to do following graduation, the next few years were a struggle to say the least.
One day, I found myself at the gym where I decided to invest in a membership and a year’s worth of personal training sessions.
Those 16 months of working with a personal trainer had such a profound impact on my life that I knew I wanted to help women reclaim their sense of self, the same way my trainer had helped me.
With this newfound passion, I completed my Honours Bachelor in Health Sciences at the University of Ottawa and went on to become a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Health Sciences.
While working my 9-5 in the corporate world, I launched my online fitness coaching business in the fall of 2017 and started training people in-person at a local sports facility.
Most recently, I became a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach and am currently enrolled in a Neurolinguistic Practitioner course to enhance my existing framework and further equip my clients with proven techniques to improve their mindset. From hiring coaches to enrolling in courses, I’m committed to staying up to date with the latest practices in order to provide the best service possible.
