Every month you’ll receive a custom workout program tailored to your specific goals. The program will include 3-5 workouts for you to complete throughout the week. In addition to your strength training workouts, you will also have cardio protocols which will be assessed weekly and adjusted as needed.
If you’re ever unsure about your form while performing a particular exercise, you can have it corrected in real-time via Zoom. You also have the option to send me a video of yourself doing the exercise via Voxer to be analyzed for same-day feedback.
At the start of the program you will receive a unique set of macronutrient guidelines to follow, as you begin to implement my signature Macro-to-Mindful Method. Once you become consistent with flexible macro tracking, you will then learn how to successfully transition to intuitive eating.
Each month you’ll have two scheduled coaching calls. During these calls we’ll identify limiting beliefs and utilize powerful mindset techniques to overcome them.
Weekly check-ins will be used to assess your progress and to determine where and if adjustments need to be made in order to ensure that you’re headed in the right direction.
